Why "The Third Sex"? - From the Fifth!

Das Niederschlagsspiel (“Knockout Game”)

Jahrelang schon soll es in vielen Städten der USA grassieren: “the knockout game.”

Es geht darum, einen völlig unschuldigen, nichtsahnenden Passanten oder Schlangestehenden überfallartig mit einem Hieb niederzustrecken. Und zwar in die Bewusstlosigkeit. Die Bande filmt dabei gerne mit dem Schmerzphon, stellt die Erfolge jubelnd ins Netz. Oft wird natürlich noch nachgetreten, mancher wurde zum Pflegefall, manche starben.

Die Übergriffe dieser Art sollen fast nur von Schwarzen begangen werden, regelmäßig mit klar bekanntem rassistischen Hintergrund, an Weißen, Latinos, Amerikanern mit asiatischem Wurzeln, ja, auch Juden, aber meist wohl nur deshalb, weil die auch ziemlich “weiß” sind, jedenfalls die meisten.

Der folgende Artikel dazu spricht schonungslos an, wie hier über Jahre der Dreck unter den Teppich gekehrt wurde, man verharmloste, nichts unternahm.

Der Autor sagt ganz unverblümt, dass die Menschen, egal wie sehr man ihnen die Wahrheit vorzuenthalten versucht, auf kurz oder lang eben doch merken, was geht, sieht die Gefahr, dass “die Weißen” (also alle, die nicht schwarz sind womöglich), wenn man so weitermacht, zurückschlagen werden, die Tatenlosigkeit, die Vertuschungen der Verantwortlichen in Medien und Staat die Gefahr echter Rassenkriege nicht bannen, sondern mindestens grob fahrlässig noch steigern.

Ich glaube kaum, dass von diesem Gesocks es einer wagt, mitten in Chinatown einen siebzigjährigen chinesischen Gemüsehändler umzuhauen, oder auf der Wallstreet einen orthodoxen jüdischen Bänker.

Irgendwo, wo alles teilnahmslos durcheinanderwuselt, wird irgendein leichtes Opfer umgehauen, die Meute delektiert sich daran und verschwindet.

Feigste Taten. Nur zum Spaß. Game. Nur zum Spaß?

Was passiert wohl, wenn junge Weiße den Schwarzen diesen Spaß ablernen?

Ist das dann richtig fies?

Kann man es dann noch totschweigen?

Und wenn erstmal Latino-Gangs Jagd auf beliebige Schwarze machen, vielleicht auch lieber halbe Opas, das ist leichter, kann man es dann noch totschweigen?

Und wenn sich gar mehrere ethnische Fraktionen zusammentun, in bestimmten Stadtteilen, kann man es dann noch totschweigen?

Oder meint man, das macht nichts, gegen die schwarzen Gangstarapper haben solche Weicheier wie Chinks und Kolumbianer und europäischstämmige Amerikaner sowieso keine Chance?

Echt klasse, die Multikultur da drüben. I'm excited.

Geht man in die Stadt, mal ganz müßig, ein bisschen was einkaufen, vielleicht noch 'nen Kaffee oder ein Bierchen einnehmen, bekommt man einfach derart eine in die Fresse, dass man lieber nicht gleich nochmal aufsteht. Dann gibt es nämlich noch mehr. Ehrensache im Game.

Ich gebe es jetzt und hier ehrlich zu: Lebte ich in diesem abgedrehten Land – horribile dictu – , so hätte ich auch ein paar Feuerwaffen. Gute, und jede gut geübt und geölt.

Man ist nicht auf der Welt, sich einfach von irgendwelchem Gesindel umbringen zu lassen.

Das bringt jedenfalls bestimmt auch kein gutes Karma, wenn man in der höchsten Not keinerlei Anstalten macht, sich selber zu helfen.

Werden, was man ist, und dabei noch mehr

Außer der Geburt eines Kindes und einer gewissen dieser immer noch üblicherweise vorausgehenden ebenfalls möglicherweise höchstschönen Sache ist das Erlebnis des Wiedererstarkens erwähnenswert erhebend.

Man wird wieder, was man ist.

Und damit noch mehr.

It goes with the "Wow!"

Ich will die Leute von meinem Lieblingsradiosender nicht schon wieder nerven, weshalb ich nicht sage, wie er heißt.

Eine Botschaft sende ich aber doch nochmal in den Äther.

Ich kann das Wort “toll” nicht mehr hören.

Differenzierte, gut vorbereitete, humorvolle, oft feinsinnige Moderation, und dann immer wieder und nochmal: “ein tolles Stück”, “eine tolle Band”, “ein tolles Konzert” usw.

Mein Geist! (Ja, Jochen, ich sage jetzt lieber nicht “Mein Gott!”)

Bemerkenswert, ausgezeichnet, hervorragend, sagenhaft, außergewöhnlich, spitzenmäßig, satte, klasse, unvergleichlich, super, eins-A, chefmäßig, abgefahren, unvergesslich, abgedreht, sackstark, durchglühend, himmlisch, großartig, einmalig, saugeil, wasweißichnoch: warum immer nur “toll”?

Seid Ihr toll?

Gut, “toll” kennt jeder, und es hat einen harten, klaren Anlaut, und es bedarf nur einer Silbe.

Das alles spricht sehr für toll.

Auch die heutige Nebenbedeutung, die eigentlich die Erstbedeutung. Nichts dawider einzuwenden.

Auf den Sack geht es mir aber trotzdem, wenn ich immer wieder nur “toll” hören muss.

Gut, muss ich ja nicht. Kann ja abschalten.

Toll.

Indem ich dies schreibe, fällt mir auf, dass ich weder heute noch gestern so oft wie sonst oder überhaupt das Wort “toll” dort gehört habe.

Vielleicht gab es doch eine geistig-morphogenetisch von mir inspirierte Redaktionskonferenz, auf der man sich bewusst zu enttollen entschloss.
