Many "host" their web pages in order - often questionable - to "post" (as a linguistic Abranz!) Known to be like in countries without imprint obligation, provide for the case of only one - maybe even actually present - to shysters in Istanbul or Singapore, eager to steal texts and slander, sometimes, to publish stuff to that do not fit in Germany for absolute freedom of expression.
