The Anglican Church has the prohibition of Episcopal Ordination for those canceled, living in a same-sex life partnership.

That is so gay (women, that is lesbian, are indeed the priesthood but not admitted to episcopal ordination), although allowed to share bed and board together, but one of them, the bishop may, not have sex with the other. (With two bishops it may logically neither.)
Well, I have ever lived in a two-men-WG, and for us it was no problem, that not only I had with the other, but also with me not having sex. And neither of them had to promise anyone.
However, there was no same-sex partnership.
