I had three notable encounters recently.
Three short to medium significantly over the normal level externally Aged.
Two men and a woman.
The two men, both having not seen for several months, I said that they would look years older, but do not want to worry about, as you experience shows that even could be younger in life again. I might know.
In women - a really nice! - To which I had noticed some months ago, since I rarely see, again, that her face was wrinkled rapidly, I dared the nature not.
(Women are not so much that they are told that they had seen over the last time out pretty old.)
Maybe a mistake.
Because women realize it, too, and this note can still continue to pull down.
I know, for good or for bad luck, that may be left open, as you can look down and afterwards again but at least something better.
Or even much better.
(Well, that may be owed me some plastic surgery and perhaps sometimes an unusually defiant courage.)
How to tell a girl that you can see how haggard they appear, how to encourage them simultaneously to the effect that this could be quite different again already within weeks?
Who me to this question has a solution that gets a medal.

For I should say it from you.

you do not help you even if you say it to her.
What if she had it and where would the point?
If it should be in the nature of things ie the normal aging process are, you can not change anything.
If you have concerns and do not want to tell you because you do not know them well enough, you will not change.
If she just slept only a few days bad, but just recovered from the flu, it will change by itself. Nevertheless, you could do it by inappropriate honesty in this situation, not speed.

As a woman, you know that by itself. As a man, perhaps too :)
So, silence is golden.

I guess I just do not like me to accept the fact that sometimes you can not talk so degrees out with women as with (some) men.
