Furthermore: What is a "victory" that was there now and is celebrated?
How much win is really there?
War, NATO, the required eight months Convictions and not a few special forces on the ground to defeat a chance of winning army should have yes also has no (or little) support among the population, not in a sense forced to finally have a victory to proclaim?
Has it not actually blamed?
Why need the "rebels" so many air strikes in order to advance to?
Where but almost the whole Libyan people stood behind them?
