No honor for fig

Of the figs you should not even think anything.

Because one of the 36 Chinese stratagems says that you can create from nothing a little.

  1. Josef von Aphoris says:

Even Jesus Christ holds nothing of figs:

Matthew 21:19 And when he saw one fig tree in the way, he went to him and found nothing on it except leaves. And he said unto him, Now I'm no fruit from you forever more! And at once the fig tree withered.

(The fig tree is a symbol for the former chosen people of God. From this the people that God has renounced.)

    God holds nothing of cowards:

Revelation 21: 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone; which is the second death.

  2. Magnus Wolf Goller says:

    @ Joseph v. A.

You got me inspired to give the following aphorism regarding the figs.

    Thanks for that!

    Today I'll probably still vollspiri.

  3. Josef von Aphoris says:

Speaks the Prickly it once to be brave, he has lied.

I just saw a coward brave flit around the corner.

While they make the unbelievers or allegedly false Christians maggoty, the figs are waiting for their imminent rapture.

Who is ready for what is to come, who does not live.

In fact, it takes courage not to be a coward.

They call alcohol in the flask "little coward", to a large brave they had not even dared to venture.

    You can store and cowardice.

    Courage costs may blood.

Dear brave and in heaven, as a fig and in hell.

The brave man says: It's time! The coward replies: Wait a little while.

The brave man is long past the tolerance limit, while the coward still helps in establishing it.

Had the Germans courageous people, the Berlin Wall would never have been built over.

The eyes and says the brave. Blinds down and wait and see, says the fig.

Watt kütt datt kütt! One day, close together, the figs and cut the few brave one again auf'n lid so that finally is quiet again.

Who is brave, but the one who is not cowardly.

Long after it happened, says the coward: Oh, I would have been just a little bolder. But next time, then it's me for sure.

But if there is no next time, then what?
