I realize I lose contact with Germany :)). We are now off for almost 2 years and I start to swim - at least in the German language is concerned. The term "tempered" struck me as the same bit strange, but I could not tell you what I found it strange. Now I know it: I mistook it with whimsy. I'm not even occurred to me to look up there. It looked strange, but the definition was clear to me.))
I realize that I notice these things less and less immediately. The other day I wrote Kentniss take note and wondered that it looks wrong, but the error I found immediately. With all the anger that I already had on teachers of the public system, they do me more and more tired. They are in many places as much a victim of the system, as well as the students.
The big problem in the school system is that there is no recall. In case of defective cars you can even hear on the radio, when the factory has encountered an error. Poor learning methods simply disappear as they have come to then find out at some point in another corner of the republic as the latest from the new rebirth without anyone know that there is a rebirth. In most cases, one speaks of a new method :))).
Especially young teachers are often compelled literally to apply a particular method in order to pass the exam. Whether they themselves really approve of, is another story. You can tell that the child actually plays a minor role completely.
I am happy that our kids are beyond that and we should eventually have grandchildren, we will engage support wherever we can. At best, you are looking at a country that is allowed in the homeschooling.
